Closing a deal and having great partnerships
Review from Sales Dept
My co workers are what makes me happy
My leader, team, and also why we do this everyday
My coworkers and the level of work I get to work on.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Teamwork truly makes the dream work. I had no Payroll experience but in the short time I have been here I have learned so much and feel like I have been doing payroll forever. Again speaks to the training.

Culture, environment, motivation, team work and supervisor support.
Work culture, work-life balance, management (senior and organizational)
The people that I work with and the trust in the company leaders.
working with other on my team
I love the work that I do and the team that I do it with!
I love what I do and enjoy interacting with our clients. I take great pride in representing Paychex, and I am very appreciative for all the I have gained over the past six years from working at Paychex. The money has been great too.
The people I work with
Being left alone to do my job.
Having my talents used to help others. Feeling appreciated for the hard work I do and having co workers around that are my same culture so I don't feel isolated but apart of a family that embraces everyone from all walks of life
The ability to work from home and not be bothered by management. You can make your own schedule as long as you’re hitting number
When a client that I have appreciate the work that I have done for an on their account
II am not happy at work at all
I have the ability to improve our client's current manual process with tech. By automating the process it saves clients both time and money. It's a great feeling.
Overworked and underpaid employees. A CEO who genuinely dislikes his employees and doesn't try to hide it.
Company has lost perspective on the value of its employees
Reps are non-responsive to customer issues
Stop cutting cost on headcount and salaries. They can't keep good people to stay because they're not paying them the industry average.
We do not have the experience and staffing to keep up with the rate of sales - it is unmanageable growth and the company has not kept up with industry pay for its employees and technology updates that may be an investment but would positively impact client and employee satisfaction exponentially.
Executive leadership needs to be removed. And they need to start paying people. And caring for their clients.
Constant errors frustrate customers. Massive turnover of payroll specialists is always a problem, as customers struggle to deal with a new specialist every few months.
Leadership needs to see what we deal with daily. Then they can understand fully what it is we go through.
There is no clear direction we're taking the company. These large initiatives that we drop to work on almost always don't pay off. Pick a direction research it and go with it.
Supervisory training is definitely warranted
Review from Operations Dept
There is a stark lack of transparency about the continuing reorganization efforts. Coworkers are being laid off, offices are continuing to be rolled into regional centers, and the "regular Joes" in the company are left to wonder and speculate as to the direction of the company.
