Generally my coworkers/peers are wonderful and in the same boat as me. We all work to improve things as well we can, but burnout has caused us to lose many very good, tenured workers. This loss has created an overall strain on remaining employees.

Honesty, communication, to be secure with themselves and not throw coworkers under the bus out of jealousy.
Conversations with coworkers was basically just crying and the stress of working at Paychex is ridiculous. Again this company has very little integrity.
Stop using slogans and catch phrases over and over, like a chant.
Improve on partnering and not picking only one or two people that they wanna help. Make it where they are incentives to help give leads other than taking from partners commission so that it fosters good partner vs the later due to people not wanting to share revenue
They are okay for the most part. Their rate is better than supervisors
