I have been afforded great opportunities with Performant. Earlier on we had some hiring issues (having the right people in the right roles). That has improved. Our culture and atmosphere has improved as well. It has been about a year since I felt the significant improvement.

I believe a great deal of thought goes into the creation of the compensation package. My salary is great and stock awards are an incredible addition.

"The Leadership team" is a bit too vague to give specific feedback. I can speak to my leadership team. My manager is great. He walks the walk and doesn't criticize.
