Simply put: Fact, cost of living increases year over year. In the past 2 years specifically, we have experienced what is recognized as drastic increases. Fact, multiple years without pay increase but receiving added workloads. Not complaining over workload; But I need pay increase (growing family).

Coworkers need to understand that interrupting is rude and hinders comprehension. Coworkers need to understand that everyone has a high workload but that workload is negatively impacted when they do not do their task, especially after multiple follow-ups.

It was very comfortable to be able to explain my previos experience and what I can bring to Performant because of all that previous experience. It was not as much as a Q&A session but more of a conversation.
