Our culture to me seems positive toward making efforts to support it's people. Efforts to identify areas that can be improved on. This survey is an example. Another, when I became severely ill during the pandemic. The company supported me during my recovery time.
Simply put: Fact, cost of living increases year over year. In the past 2 years specifically, we have experienced what is recognized as drastic increases. Fact, multiple years without pay increase but receiving added workloads. Not complaining over workload; But I need pay increase (growing family).
It appears to me that our leadership makes best efforts to maintain a healthy balanced perspective of humanity. Never losing sight of the fact that our business is successful because of it's people...it's humans. I feel leadership knows this and puts forth best efforts for our business and people.
I am most happy at work when I know the agenda. When I am able to collaborate and align initiatives that are most valued to help the company be successful. When those are defined...getting the work done is much easier for me personally. Being in the know bolsters confidence to start the day.
