I joined Performant about one year ago and it's been among the best experiences I have had in any job. We are a busy company and there typically is no down time day-to-day, which is an ideal environment for me. I love it!

We all work together well and even though we are not always together in the workplace, we stay connected regularly and still work great as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Performant is largely a remote work or hybrid work employer now. They did not reduce incoming salaries as some companies did, with the move to remote work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Performant leaders are focused on future growth of the organization. They involve all employees in helping to make Performant a sustainable business and a great place to build a career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kindness and respect are at the core of how Performant operates the business. Disrespectful behavior has become too common within other organizations and I am happy I do not need to deal with that at Performant.
