What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers took their time to get to know me. They asked thoughtful questions which were not easy, but were relevant.
It was very comfortable to be able to explain my previos experience and what I can bring to Performant because of all that previous experience. It was not as much as a Q&A session but more of a conversation.
