
Managers coming from other districts when my Team Leader/manager is fired and treating the most loyal workers is very sad
Being promised multiple times advancement at our local store with job titles and raises- just to never have follow through
I would suggest having the manager and an employee that has been with the company a while interview the potential coworker.
The neighbors that come in or call and request to speak to me because i listen to their needs and assist them in finding the right supplies for their pets
Co workers should be trained my the Lead team member and take additonal online trainings and/or visit other stores that have good teamwork. Co workers should work their way up to job titles as they prove they will follow the mission and valuesnof the company
The fill in manager needs to listen/het suggestions from the employee that was at the store longer to try and make it the best store. She should also keep her promises for advancement to employees that go above and beyond for the company instead of making their lives miserable
