working at pet supplies plus is a joke. no one cares about the employee they only care about their stats and numbers. even when complaints are filed with HR no one does anything about them.

the staff meetings never accomplished anything and co-workers were essentially allowed to bully other employees with no repercussions because the management also chose sides. there is no attempt to make employees feel respected or part of the team

leaders need to be less focused on stats and numbers and more focused on actually training all their employees to do a better job. employees are able to get away with not doing anything and having awful customer service skills and never get in trouble while middle management gets reprimanded for it
