I feel Phaidon is a very easy place to work; there is a whole bunch of people who want to do well and who really care. People want to make a difference and want to do a good job. I think we have hired a very collaborative team who will help get us o where we want to be.

I feel there is a strong sense of togetherness. Problems arise, we assess, adapt and overcome, I love that!

Despite the titles that the leadership team have, there is no sense of hierarchy. Directors sit on desk next to new starters, it creates a sense of openness and a approachability.

Solving problems, the sense of achievement, contributing to something bigger than just the individual task. The feeling of belonging and being needed, not just as a person to do the job, but because I am the best person to do the job.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Working in Operations, I do not feel we have the same structure the sales team do when it comes to salary. I understand this is difficult and so I wouldn't say I am unhappy, things could be better. Salary bandings perhaps? So that people are paid fairly and comparable?
