The togetherness, the motivation to do better, the family vibe that I can say exist and you become part of as soon as you join. Is like everyone is cheering for each other to do better

I love that they are accessible, they are very close to everyone and these gives us that are coming from the bottom, the vision to grow. I love how motivated they are every day and how they pass on this motivation to others.

I am fairly new ( started in September) but the incentives and bonuses and everything that the company has and does for me as an employee , excites me for the future and keeps me going with a focus to do better every day.

They are very together, I love the welcoming vibe that they have , they are always willing to teach you what they know. They are no selfish but I can say that I have a selfless team that push me to be better everyday.

Overall, my experience has been good. Communication is something that is improving but still needs work and that filters into the clarity of the objectives set. However, the company has conviction to do what it does and passion to advance itself to a new level that has never been accomplished.

I have been here for 4 years and it has been both challenging and rewarding. I have helped the company grow from only 75 employees when I started to nearly 400 employees across 6 offices. I am really proud of the impact my function has made in this growth story.
