The expectations are high, so you have to be driven and willing to push through the tough times. But despite the highs and lows its been extrmely rewarding and I can't imagne I would have had any of the same opportunites for growth, earnings or general life changing decsions at another firm

when we are in the office the fact everyone is on desk together and not seperated in cubicles creates a real buz and also infromation share - something we miss working from home

My team specifically - everyone is committed to being successful and has a similar drive and hunger. Also a similar age group so people are there to work hard but also have a good time.
