Very positive experience, I've developed a lot of skills here and made more money than I would've expected. However, it is difficult to really put a career trajectory and hard to visualize what the next step could be.

Our team is very close and share similar interests, I like them very much on a personal level. However, certain teammates held to different standards than others by management

I don't think the culture has adapted well with the current WFH environment. The culture was great when we were in the office (team nights, happy hours, etc). Now, it seems like people are working longer hours, and management isn't taking initiative to schedule team activities.

The main issue is that days are repetitive and there is very little to look forward to. It's difficult to make 50+ calls a day when there is no ability to celebrate the wins. WFH environment makes it very difficult to distance yourself from the stress, even post hours.
