The company is great and the benefits are well. The overall office environment can be toxic, and people don't care to know how well you are doing, or if you are doing well. People aren't concerned with what's going on, and most only care about themselves. It's a rewarding role when you do deals.

We all get along and are outgoing toward each other. We also all understand different struggles people face within our specific markets.

The ability to ask off when needed. The benefits of the hours we work and how we are able to have target goals that give us extra days off. Having team nights and Thursday drinks is also nice.

Deals. Doing deals, or having little wins within my day: clearing a candidate on a tough role, or getting positive feedback from interviews. Also, getting CV's out when the job market is as hot as it is, but no candidates are looking.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued, because management is not actively involved in any processes, and does not follow through with helping when I have asked in the past. My compensation compared to the cost of living is low. I cannot afford to live alone, or be able to consider most places of living in this area.
