Great service, ships and itineraries
The customer service is the absolute worst of any company I have ever had to contact. Calls are routinely not returned. Emails that state they will be returned in 2 business days take over a week to respond. When calling on the phone, I am currently on hold for one hour and 10 minutes!!!!!!!!
