  • What have you learned from your previous positions that will qualify you for this job. That's not a difficult question on its own, but I believe we were required to speak for about two minutes in front of 50 other strangers with no prep time .

  • We met heads of the department and HR representatives. They responded either immediately or within a day or two. They told us before all interviews began when the start date would be if we were hired. 2 of my interviews I was given an answer during the interviews that I was moving on in the process.

  • The interview process started with what they called a "small" group interview. There were about 60 of us in this small group. They talked to us for a few minutes and then had us answer a 3 part question in front of the group. Within a few days we found out whether we were moving onto the next step which was a virtual one-on-one interview. This one was the most in-depth. Finally, another one-on-one with a supervisor in the office. Questions were typical.
