The people here are mostly very sharp, with a great sense of humor and a strong sense of community. There is a good level of proactivity and loyalty among the key players.

People, yes, cliche. However, there are still some good and bright people who genuinely care (and deliver value). You can always count on them. And we do things with heart and passion (still)

Our strategy is inconsistent and vague. We are aiming to AI - like everybody else, but without any "savings" and the ability to leverage our current product . Also, our leadership is either non-existent or too short-term in the company to have any impact. There is no imrpovement for us...
