Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not feeling that leaving a company and re-joining it will lead to overall higher compensation. It feels that the reward for consistently well-performing talent is lower compensation.

There is no response to inflation, i don't agree with the reasoning that emoloyees who started earlier hve lower income because of the stocks - tbh, currently noone know what would happen with the stocks. I can also see people leaving and coming back are the ones being valued the most.

We pay at the 75% of market generally which is too low for my city as the cost of living here is high. I'd also love to see more investment in longer-term financial planning (e.g. RRSP matching in Canada) so we're on-par with US team and 401Ks
