What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair comp, the Prague office is great. When dreaming, stock options are a nice a part of those dreams.

The base salary is really competitive. And one small thing which I really appreciate is the company covering my exercise expenses via a Multisport programme. It shows how PB cares about me staying fit to do my best work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no response to inflation, i don't agree with the reasoning that emoloyees who started earlier hve lower income because of the stocks - tbh, currently noone know what would happen with the stocks. I can also see people leaving and coming back are the ones being valued the most.
