Overal happy, but mood of people is not been good lately. I am not super happy with the salary vs. The expectations.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have a lot of experience . I do trust them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no response to inflation, i don't agree with the reasoning that emoloyees who started earlier hve lower income because of the stocks - tbh, currently noone know what would happen with the stocks. I can also see people leaving and coming back are the ones being valued the most.
