Clearly articulate vision and strategy, provide regular and ongoing communication and are transparent about where the company is heading, how it's doing, and willing to make big bets. They are empathetic and supportive while also challenging us to grow.

Celebrating our wins and misses. Having clear outcomes/objectives and being able to work together with my team and colleagues to build products that matter and make a difference in how other build their products. Just the pure passion everyone brings day-to-day.

Everyone just does their best here and helps out. I get great collaboration, tons of room to give and receive feedback, and love that we're aligned and working together towards our goals. We're inclusive and work well cross-functionally and help people bring their talents to bear.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We pay at the 75% of market generally which is too low for my city as the cost of living here is high. I'd also love to see more investment in longer-term financial planning (e.g. RRSP matching in Canada) so we're on-par with US team and 401Ks

I like how we apply our values to our day-to-day work. People are empowered to do their best work, given the room to do it, we're outcomes-driven, seek to improve constantly, and show empathy for everyone. I've never felt left out love the curiosity and desire to work together towards a common goal.
