Took over our lab at the beginning of the year. Six months in and my health insurance is still not active. The HR reps are useless. There is hardly any PTO and zero contact with anyone in a position of authority. We signed a two year contract and everything is changing six months in.Bad company!

Everything is wrong. Bad management equals bad work environments.

We were bought out. No real interviewing was done. We have never had an opportunity to touch base with Quest.

The employees who have worked here the longest should act as mentors and help out with the workload. They should not feel entitled to sit around or take breaks all day while only a few people do the work.

Connecting to the workers would be helpful. Not breaking a contract that was good for 2 yrs after only 6 months. Make sure there is adequate staffing and those who aren't pulling their weight are reprimanded. And not rewarding bad behavior.
