Making do when we have to.
The benefits thats it other then that theres nothing.
They way everyone listens if you have a suggestion that helps improve something
When we do our jobs correctly, everyone is mostly left to their own devices. there is little micromanaging, as people are trusted to do their jobs to the best of their ability without a taskmaster
Quest is committed to DEI
I'm trusted to work independently without being Micromanaged.
I love my patients and the people i work with. The bigger people need to get a clue on us smaller people
Right now my current thoughts are nothing positive about this company
Caring hard working employees who supports each other
Some coworkers are great, mostly the MT's.
Positive will the patient coming in with good demeanor. Although there were times patients are agitated due to the long waiting period, they come in ready for their appointment with their doctor’s order
