What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was easy until I accepted the job to find the supervisor made promises she wasn’t going to keep. After I started the job, I found the supervisor lied on several occasions only to get me to accept the offe

It was more laid back, felt much more comfortable.

I appreciated how smooth and respectful the interview process was. The team made me feel comfortable, asked thoughtful questions, and clearly communicated every step. It showed me right away that the company values transparency and respect.

The interview process isn't the problem - it's the leadership

Taking time to get the most skilled available employees and letting them know upfront what to expect and what is expected from them.

Don’t use an outside recruitment company. They take too long for offers and we lose out on good candidates or do not get candidat

It should be more on the team nature of works, culture of the company. It will help the company to grow and keep a good employee.
