Quest Diagnostics Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Willing to work with scheduling

The best thing I like about the management team is that they do check all the boxes as far as keeping the company running. They fall short on the outreach within.

Leadership at this company is exceptional — supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in both personal and team growth. They lead with integrity and make you feel seen and valued every step of the wa

They listen, encourage, challenge, and expect professionalism

Review from Operations Dept

They are willing to listen to what you have to say. And take action to try and improve everything

upper leadership is two-faced. They will happily proclaim pro-LBGT lip service while sitting on the boards of charities that actively discriminate. They will decry how hard it is to hire new people, while simultaneously cutting PTO for all new employees by 3 days until they've worked over a year

The leadership team at quest is supportive every step of the way.

The leadership team keeps us well informed of any major changes.

Great collaboration and team work.

My direct supervisor and manager are very helpful and caring

They are understanding and work with what they have

i like the input and the constant encouragement.

Accessible, strategic and results oriented

Good at paying attention to a lot of little things, as well as the major items

Our supervisor really takes the time to notice each of her employees.

Helpful with critical feed back and professional growth

Most of them rose through the ranks of Quest so they know what each of us go through on a daily basis.

They work well together and have deep experience across industries and companies.

I believe they truly want what's best for the employees

They are open and visible to employees. They travel to where employees work to understand what is going on in the business.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My team leader was excellent being female she cared about everyone's feelings however, she was limited to what she could do to make everybody happier in their work environment. The things that she could control she did well with however, when it came to being challenged by an employee, she cdnt help

Treat employees with respect, provide quality training, talk to their employees about the PSC and use their feedback on how to improve the work environment, productivity and quality customer service.

Hiring and staffing. Find more reliable candidates

Treating people fairly. It's really hard to work somewhere that requires my manager and coworker approval to get days off. This is the first company I have worked for that belittles employees for helping other locations out.

Communication!!!! Not being SOOOOO rude and doing things off just to teat you!!

Team leader should treat everyone equal not just the ones they favor.

They need help with everything

Trust and freedom of work

Review from Business Development Dept

Promoting from within; leading instead of leaning on others; compensating employees better; give better raises

Connecting to the workers would be helpful. Not breaking a contract that was good for 2 yrs after only 6 months. Make sure there is adequate staffing and those who aren't pulling their weight are reprimanded. And not rewarding bad behavior.

How to speak to employees with respect .... employees are scared to speak out including my self because why you would lose you job? Ofc

Review from Customer Success Dept

Knowledge - of daily function

Better managers would be vital

Review from Business Development Dept

Management of leaders and diversity issues

Better wages and shifts for employees

Communication, fairness, professional, teamwork, maturity

Review from Customer Support Dept

Hire more experienced supervisors, teach leadership about ethical behavior. Teach about discrimination. Stop being so worried about hiring diversity, it's okay to hire Caucasians.

This place is the worst place to work at. They overwork people and treat there employees like garbage. They can care less about the employees. Its disgusting!!!!!
