I was directly told by my boss that I was expendable, and easily replicable despite being the only employee in my position who follows proper procedure and fulfills orders correctly to the letter.

It is very laid back, most rules are ignored accept when the manager randomly decides to enforce them that day. Leading to a sense of insecurity, and inability to feel comfortable and safe at work.

A couple of the guys I work with are nice, but even they have issues. One that I know of and that I know my manager knows about but doesn't care is a guy on our team who gets high at work on a regular basis.

Personally my boss has a very bad and aggressive attitude, due to mood swings and is not someone who I could ever feel comfortable approaching with a concern. I have witnessed verbal abuse more times than I can count, and she fosters a community of silence about it.
