I've been through multiple company owners and several managers at one location. I come in and do my job and enjoy most interactions with my managers, coworkers, and customers.

Our demand has doubled and the only people to benefit from the labor is upper management. We've not even been offered hazard pay for our work which is largely with the public.

Remodel and listen to your customers. The company has gone steadily downhill over the last 5 years. Business is much slower than in the past and menu and management changes seem to be to blame.

The virus has shown the true colors of round table. They have not taken care of its employees safety or even said anything to let us know what is going on within our leadership. Still paying only min. wage and working with fewer hours and people. Terrible company.

A raise every year for employees who are good and loyal employees. Someone working the for nearly a decade should make a fair amount more than a new hire.

My position isn't given enough time to open and we are rushed constantly even with our already fast pace. There is no room for advancement, i was given to prior raises and when minimum increased I went back to making minimum wage all over again and my pay raise was not even thought about again.

I am not paid enough. There is not enough employees to be doing everything necessary in the store so I am often rushing and overwhelmed when there is a rush of customers

Hard to say since turnover is so high. Lots of employees that don't care about doing things properly, but also some who genuinely try to make things right for the company, the customers, and the team.

Well write ups for poor behavior have seemingly done nothing, so I don't know what the fix could be other than terminating their employment. However that sort of action is above my paygrade. Also it would be nice to be recognized for work put in and being consistent.

Management needs to follow policy and train employees. Stores are divided based on who parties or is sleeping with who and those of us just trying to make money and work hard are tossed aside and cussed at when they speak up.

It took maybe 5 minutes. My husband had already worked there and I basically took over his position when I started working again after our child was born.

My customers... I say 'my' because I have people I've delivered to for years and that request that I personally deliver their order because we've created a relationship of sorts and they know I'll do all I can on my end to make it a great experience. Also awesome product when properly prepared.

I'd like to have more time in the morning to be allowed to do prep as it affects the operations with how busy my particular store is. Possibly that our hard work isn't overlooked and those who haven't earned rewards aren't rewarded. I'm not sure what im doing wrong if anything at all.

Assistant manager should be fired for how she treats employees and should be on time to set an example instead of late every day. She should hold everyone to same standard even if she is dating an employee or better and stop dating the employee
