I think we all have a good work ethic; but the management doesnt inforce it. Especially; he only makes some employees do more than others. There is no system in place everybody does what they want. Either you do youre job or someone ends up picking up the slack .. not fair

A couple of the guys I work with are nice, but even they have issues. One that I know of and that I know my manager knows about but doesn't care is a guy on our team who gets high at work on a regular basis.

The supervisors need to share the tips and not keep them all, then tell us that they don't need to share them with us and not get to keep them all.
Well write ups for poor behavior have seemingly done nothing, so I don't know what the fix could be other than terminating their employment. However that sort of action is above my paygrade. Also it would be nice to be recognized for work put in and being consistent.

We never have meetings and the gossip is the worst
Regular meetings that are also paid time to go over training and communication as well as a real way to work out issues.
Maybe they could actually do their jobs jobs and have to worry about keeping their jobs if they didn’t do the
Management needs to follow policy and train employees. Stores are divided based on who parties or is sleeping with who and those of us just trying to make money and work hard are tossed aside and cussed at when they speak up.
