Round Table Pizza Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

The man interviewing me was cordial

How straight to the point it was.

it was simple questions , nothing too hard to answer

Review from Sales Dept

They accept me as I am and they put me right to work that very day

There is no process ;not sure what jim is doing..

Review from Sales Dept

Of late no interviews or actual check of references. Hiring just warm bodies.

The random questions they had

I would like perspective employees to understand that hours are subject to change and that being at work clean, straight, sober and ready to work is important. Having good appearance is as important as a good work ethic. Showing up for shifts is important.

That there wasn't one. I was literally just given the job without inquiry.

Review from Sales Dept

It took maybe 5 minutes. My husband had already worked there and I basically took over his position when I started working again after our child was born.

Review from Operations Dept

The area manager at the time was a good guy that had a knack with hiring good management.

Review from Operations Dept

Basic interview of warm body fill need

Review from Operations Dept

Had an old manager at the time. He made me feel like it was a family.

Review from Sales Dept

She explained the job well and acted interested in my experience

Review from Customer Support Dept

It seemed very straightforward if unorganized

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be more honest about the work ethics the company follows

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing really. It wasn't a bad at all.
