I would say the nice customers.
The costumers and they way they support me and respect me and look up to me and cheer me on and come up to me and give me tips and compliments and so much more stuff they really love me and know me well we even when I am not working I get recognized hey your the sign guy
Well i think we all would work well as a team if management did a better job. Respect -is what employees need; manager needs to learn how to speak nice words to everyone.

Working on shift that is free of drama and negativity.
The friendly environment like home
Some crews are great to work with but others are filled with drama and threats. All depends on supervisors. Consistent bad behavior is never addressed by HR even though multiple issues have been reported by crew.
It is very laid back, most rules are ignored accept when the manager randomly decides to enforce them that day. Leading to a sense of insecurity, and inability to feel comfortable and safe at work.
