They needed to work better at treating their employees right. They treated me very poorly being ageist since i'm a minor while also cutting my hours because they had a personal problem with me.

HR is a joke. Tried emailing them and they never got back to me. They dont care about their employees at all.

Managers need to listen to the workers. Actually try to change the work environment

Consistent standards and accountability. They need to actively train and do their job rather than gossip about crew and sit outside smoking for hours on end. They should be held to management standards and not be the ones creating the hostile environment.
Personally my boss has a very bad and aggressive attitude, due to mood swings and is not someone who I could ever feel comfortable approaching with a concern. I have witnessed verbal abuse more times than I can count, and she fosters a community of silence about it.

Following covid guidelines and not turning business away because the manager in charge would like to close early
Remodel and listen to your customers. The company has gone steadily downhill over the last 5 years. Business is much slower than in the past and menu and management changes seem to be to blame.

The virus has shown the true colors of round table. They have not taken care of its employees safety or even said anything to let us know what is going on within our leadership. Still paying only min. wage and working with fewer hours and people. Terrible company.

The leadership team is very passive agressive. It's hard to get your job done, when they are not doing their job. Instead of moving the shelves around the kitchen, maybe do the schedule, or do the inventory, or just do something managerial.
