A raise every year for employees who are good and loyal employees. Someone working the for nearly a decade should make a fair amount more than a new hire.

My customers... I say 'my' because I have people I've delivered to for years and that request that I personally deliver their order because we've created a relationship of sorts and they know I'll do all I can on my end to make it a great experience. Also awesome product when properly prepared.
