It's not a very team-oriented atmosphere company-wide.
It was very quick and there wasn't much pressure
They need to have more respect for their employees
Their benefits program is very poor with a 1% yearly raise.
No one in the company has respect for each other which trickles down from management
The biggest issue is the lack of success and the impact it has on the employees. We're never rewarded for doing well only reprimanded for doing poorly
