In our facility the environment varies between departments. The administrative area is very nice but the manufacturing areas are not
At the plant level, employees have the sense that local management cares about what's happening in their life. Corporate? Not so much.
mostly autonomous, but periodic fire drills where we are micromanaged. Inconsistent

Get the open spots staffed and quit lying to our faces. We have families we dont get to see because we are forced so much overtime

Management talks about culture but does little to cultivate it.
They need to treat their employees better.
Everything...get a plant mgr that cares about everything down to the plant employees. No one knows what they are doing and it makes for a lot of wasted product and hours. Shouldn't need to work 6 and 7 days a week if we had good management and people in the right jobs that cared.
New management and someone to keep tabs on them.
