Be fair and stick up for employees. Too much favoritism and nepotism

Is bringing someone with some actual skill

Start focusing on helping the workers, paying the workers more , giving a 401K pay, lowering the cost of health care, hiring more. We let people go and do not replace them and count it as a save.

They ask for input but never follow up and make it happen.

They need to realize the mean girl high school schtick is not applicable to the grown up work environment

Get supervisors that know what they are doing and care about employees. Not afraid to coach employees or write them up. Everyone does what they want to there.

Being more Nice it to the employees. Doing more when we are short on workers. Staying off phones and walking off the line to go talk to other leeds.
