Start focusing on helping the workers, paying the workers more , giving a 401K pay, lowering the cost of health care, hiring more. We let people go and do not replace them and count it as a save.
They ask for input but never follow up and make it happen.

Get supervisors that know what they are doing and care about employees. Not afraid to coach employees or write them up. Everyone does what they want to there.
