What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no team work at all, so if we could work together as a team that would be amazing.
Some need to retire or move on.
Every body works for themselves. Need more collaboration, team interest.
Actually be productive in a meeting not gossip (elgin il) location
How to do their job
Get someone in there that knows how to properly train
Accountability and hire a lead that actually knows what they're doing and not have a criminal background. We just dealt with a major theft ring in our warehouse it's sad

Some long timers think they know all and are not open to new ideas. Many grumpy people need to grasp some people skills.
Attitude, integrity, and mental health........
Some were fine others need to realize that this is not highschool
My coworkers are great, I'm just not a social person.
Many people have relatives (sons) working there. They seem to always get put in positions that other more qualified people should have gotten. Makes for a lot of hard feelings.
They are not open to new ideas and hang out in their own circles

There's no trust in the plant, the managers put everyone against each other passing the blame from operation to operation. There's apparently no training program which makes senior operators hate new employees who eventually quit.
