Was made to feel comfortble & listened
multiple persons ask questions and speak.
Super easy to talk to the hiring managers.
The introduction was good the person that did my interview was positive and productive
Treating eployees with patience. And respecting way.
the HR person was nice
I was hired 22 years before the company became the current RRD. The current HR doesn't know how to treat people well.

At the time they had good people running HR and the Plant overall. It has gone downhill fast.

Quick and efficient process, no issues.
When employees are interviewing for a job they want, dont give them a completely different job after you hire them
Offer jobs on the spot and don't expect people to wait 3-4 weeks to hear back from you
Find a better temp agency and at least 2 years driving experience because the entire warehouse is destroyed and I'm tired of sending emails that get ignored

It should be consistent from interview to interview. The employees doing the interviews should be trained how to interview.
