Leadership needs to be held accountable and the workers voices need to be heard
they have taken away weekend premium and lowered shift differential. swing shift schedule is not worth working without those two things. they don't care though
morale is poor because management is making decisions on stuff they know nothing about. workers are looked down upon and not listened to even though they are the ones with the experience and deal with operating day in and day out
people are allowed to get away with not doing their jobs. actually those who don't do their jobs are treated better. if you have any kind of knowledge you are seen as a threat and treated poorly. Good workers are leaving and the horrible ones are rewarded
The interview process was decent. I was happy to see them lower the requirements, but they did nothing for the people who already work there. So you have less qualified people hiring in hire than people who already work there. they do not take care of the good workers they already have
