Constant change of direction. Overworked, understaffed, inefficient. Excessive number of managers. Usually decisions are made by high management with no idea of work needs of requirements. Toxic culture and extremely inefficient work.
It was quick and easy
Over worked and under paid!! Never staffed properly so work day is usually chaotic. Santander is beyond inefficient, and policies and procedures are made by out of touch higher ups. Salaried employees treat the hourly employees like their dumb, so that's fun. Stay away from this bank.
Overhaul it from the top down.
