Over worked and under paid!! Never staffed properly so work day is usually chaotic. Santander is beyond inefficient, and policies and procedures are made by out of touch higher ups. Salaried employees treat the hourly employees like their dumb, so that's fun. Stay away from this bank.

The leader has declined recently due to redundancy. The company have let go of some very experienced manager over the last two years. So it will take time to improve the current leadership team.
