What did you like most about the interview process? It was quick and easy
What is the best part about your compensation package?Benefits are awesome. Definitely the best I've had in the industry. But the trade off is that I feel like I'm selling my soul working for an entity with so little concern for the experience of their customer.
What makes you most happy at work? The customer service and the fun with my co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay that reflects my knowledge and abilities. Seperate sick days from vacation days. Time to actually use the "benefits" they offer.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Act like you care about or are at least interested in the candidate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Overhaul it from the top down.
