The leadership team does not understand the work they make decisions for. The treatment to employees is also quite bad.
They cannot improve. They are destroying what Sovereign Bank built. They have zero interest in the communities and customers. They take and take, but never give. Disgusting people!
Communication with their employees, accepting that they need to be just as involved with out of the way branches as others, and understanding the community their branches are located in.
Remove the sales aspect/tactics. Foster development of relationships with clients
Complete double standard the managers do as little as possible
Pay that reflects my knowledge and abilities. Seperate sick days from vacation days. Time to actually use the "benefits" they offer.
I feel as per market standards the pay is low
Can not survive working there for peanuts
Poor wages for employees Did increase in salary
Hourly rate doesn't match those of participating companies.

People´s skills are rare. Disrespect is usual
Ability to collaborate on more matters
Not necessarily the coworkers issues, more of a training issue.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Overhaul it from the top down.

They could care less about you
Review from Operations Dept
Act like you care about or are at least interested in the candidate.
Almost everything works inefficiently and results are poor quality.
They need to fix employee retention at the branch level, everything flows from that.
Supervisors should be prepared for unexpected problems. The computers and software is outdated.
