What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team does not understand the work they make decisions for. The treatment to employees is also quite bad.

They cannot improve. They are destroying what Sovereign Bank built. They have zero interest in the communities and customers. They take and take, but never give. Disgusting people!

Communication with their employees, accepting that they need to be just as involved with out of the way branches as others, and understanding the community their branches are located in.

Remove the sales aspect/tactics. Foster development of relationships with clients

Complete double standard the managers do as little as possible

Be involved more spending time with staff and perhaps taking calls and working the system to understand tge pressures. They focus more on absent staff rather than those who are more reliable. We have lost some amazing managers over the last 12 months. Their knowledge and people skills are missed.

The leadership team loves cosmetic fixes to structural problems. We don’t have the means or authority to fix client problems, but they want us to make customers happy.
