Communication with their employees, accepting that they need to be just as involved with out of the way branches as others, and understanding the community their branches are located in.

Complete double standard the managers do as little as possible
Be involved more spending time with staff and perhaps taking calls and working the system to understand tge pressures. They focus more on absent staff rather than those who are more reliable. We have lost some amazing managers over the last 12 months. Their knowledge and people skills are missed.

Benefits are awesome. Definitely the best I've had in the industry. But the trade off is that I feel like I'm selling my soul working for an entity with so little concern for the experience of their customer.
