Some people at this company cannot do their job properly we do sampling for a certain client and it should not be that hard to send samples out the same day for overnight shipping.. everything goes wrong when that happens and other get blamed for it

Everything is going wrong theres no communication between people, people cant do their jobs right, others get blamed for stuff that they cant control

My coworkers dont like each other like at all. One of them refused to help me because she doesnt like our coworker.. i know it doesnt make sense but thats literally what happened. We are grown adults but they act so childish they dont even pretend to get along. I dont think it can be fixed honestly
