What do you like best about the leadership team?
They foster an environment of trust and autonomy, allowing us the freedom to take ownership of our work without the constraints of micromanagement. This empowers us to be more creative, proactive, and confident in our roles, ultimately driving both personal and organizational success.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not micromanaging and asking for what really needs to be obtained and not extra. Not requiribg fake displays that just confuse analytics of sale numbers. Give positive as well as negative feedback.
More teamwork and less individualism.

there is a conflict between affiliates. SGS affiliates have issues with each other so how can we compete with the other competitors!

I am not much aware of compensation package as I was with SGS for shorter time period.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It just such a tight margin market, it's not the fault of the company, it's just the way the inspection and testing market is.
Better pay would make me feel more valued

The salaries on production are low, need to be raised
II received a 2 % raise, which was basically pennies.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Spreadsheets are sent to sales to sort; however, excel is not sortable on ipads. Office employees with laptops shoukd just provide information instead of passing the buck.

My coworkers dont like each other like at all. One of them refused to help me because she doesnt like our coworker.. i know it doesnt make sense but thats literally what happened. We are grown adults but they act so childish they dont even pretend to get along. I dont think it can be fixed honestly
They do not help literally one of them refused to help me out because she doesnt like our other coworker.. they can be so immature like we are adults why cant they act like it we all have to work with people we dont like at least act cillvilized to get the job done
Not be so lazy and learn more about the equipment that we have to use.

Try to make all workers on the same team. Not just their own team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is going wrong theres no communication between people, people cant do their jobs right, others get blamed for stuff that they cant control
fire the management and women who are mean to men.
The manager doesn't motivate me nor my colleagues. We haven't had any new training over 10 years. The possibility to develop and get promoted are zero. We need to get trained, motivated to be our best by incentive program and help us move up if we have the knowledge and will to do so.
