What did you like most about the interview process?

Their good attitude made me feel comfortable and questions were relatable to job responsibilities

Their attitude are more attractive that Make me feel more comfortable. And authentic questions were being asked thse are related to the job responsibilities.

It was win-win as testing my knowledge and competencies while giving me an overview about company competitive edge, vision, mission and core values.

My manager asked me related to my work experience

Supportive environment, expert panel , appreciable time

Technical and non technical were not too long. Every step in the interview was to the point and very prompt.

Informal, straight, inclusive, emphatic, honest

It got to point of what I could do and what job was without a bunch of covert questions designed to trick you. Just black and white. It was respectful of my time and theirs.

Despite of my lack of experience, they looked at me fairly and transparent.

Interview process was ok, maybe find better ways to cull potential employees with no experience
