What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not micromanaging and asking for what really needs to be obtained and not extra. Not requiribg fake displays that just confuse analytics of sale numbers. Give positive as well as negative feedback.

More teamwork and less individualism.

realizing that employees have lives outside of work. I live to work not work to live.

there is a conflict between affiliates. SGS affiliates have issues with each other so how can we compete with the other competitors!

They cannot communicate and will blame everyone else to make themselves look good

Care about people, pay a living wage, compensate according to market, adjust business model to improve profitability, adjust financial reporting to fairly measure and trend business viability
