Good vision and motivation. They understand the business and TAM very well. The only downside is they compensate and give SPIFF's based on the US market, globally. Rather than understanding the nuances of each region

As we grow we need to hire well and fire early. Some people are just not productive or are busy without end results. Pipeline to closure ratio's are not measured and some people survive simply based on "pipeline" that is created

I have been promoted internally a few times and I know people coming in externally get a better package than I do even though I generate more revenue than they do as a quota carrier. It should be brought to an even standard regardless of whether we are internal promotions or external hires
