Splunk has fallen behind the industry in pay, and they intend to stay behind if not reduce pay further.
Would like to be able to increase my base salary. My OTE has been the same for the last 5 years. The only way to increase that would be to move to a different team or into the field.
Review from Sales Dept
I have been promoted internally a few times and I know people coming in externally get a better package than I do even though I generate more revenue than they do as a quota carrier. It should be brought to an even standard regardless of whether we are internal promotions or external hires
Review from Sales Dept
Engaged, brilliant, eager to help.
Smart and brilliant motivated folks
How much everyone enjoys their work.
Supportive and willing to help out at any time
The inclusive and diverse culture
this is a not important question

I think its too late to advise
As we grow we need to hire well and fire early. Some people are just not productive or are busy without end results. Pipeline to closure ratio's are not measured and some people survive simply based on "pipeline" that is created
Review from Sales Dept
More open communications.

No presentation. They seemed.to take me at my word and my experience that I could do the job.
Timeliness. Way to many delays in the process.
they hire only friends and not the best people with the best expirience
Review from Sales Dept
The interview process is not standardized and is slow. We can't hire top talent without a consistent benchmark. Plus the slow and confusing process deters lots of potential candidates.
TA team is all over the place. I don't refer people anymore because it's embarrassing
Solving complex challenges in applying our products
Team work and smart people who are willing to teach and learn
The work and keeping my skills sharp.
The people I work with
Always learning and growing, new opportunities
bad portfolio, bad managers and no winner spirit
Review from Sales Dept
